Garnet Homes is a Sydney-based team delivering a hands-on build experience with a refined design focus.
As our projects grew more bespoke and design-driven, it became clear the business needed to reflect that evolution. Garnet Homes was created to better represent the way we work today: collaborative, intentional, and centred around how people actually live.
The name Garnet comes from the gemstone - a symbol of taking something raw and shaping it into something lasting and refined. That philosophy underpins every home we build.

Kriti and Deepak lead each build with oversight across both design and construction. From early planning and selections through to on-site delivery and handover, you’re supported every step of the way.
